Hotel check-in is usually 4 p.m. Minimum check-in age at most hotels is 21. Two double beds are standard in the room unless otherwise
stated. Charges for in-room safes, rollaway beds, cribs, resort fees, and applicable taxes, are not
included in the vacation package price and are payable directly to the hotel. Gratuities, parking fees,
laundry, telephone calls, meals, beverages, sightseeing or any other incidentals at the hotel
are the responsibility of the guest. Adjacent and/or connecting rooms, room location,
accommodations for guests with disabilities, types of bedding and smoking preferences are on
a request-only basis and subject to availability at the time of check-in. Please advise our
vacation specialists of any special needs at the time of booking.
Reservations made within 14 days of departure require a fee of $15.00 to cover the cost
of expedited or hotel delivery of vacation documents. For last minute bookings, we accept
credit cards only.
In the event a carrier with whom Universal Parks and Resorts VacationsSM has a contract
to perform services is delayed in performance or unable to perform with such aircraft, the provisions
of the air carrier tariff shall govern the rights and obligations of both parties. Universal Parks and
Resorts VacationsSM and Vagabond Cruise and Travel, Inc. are not responsible for airline schedule
changes, delays, or cancellations. Seat assignments are not guaranteed. It is the responsibility
of guests to provide full, legal names of all passengers, including the children's ages at the time of booking.
Once deposit and/or full payment is received, a $25 revision fee per transaction, plus any
applicable service fees, will be assessed for any changes made to the reservation including,
but not limited to, dates, air carrier, names, hotel, and ground transportation. Once airline
reservations have been ticketed, a $125 per person change fee plus a $25 reservation revision fee and any other fees imposed by the
airline will be charged and payable prior to new tickets being issued. Original tickets must
be returned prior to reissue. Fees are non-refundable. Certain types of airline reservation
changes, including name changes, may be prohibited based upon restrictions imposed by the
carrier.
- *45 days or more prior to vacation commencement date: - $50 per person deposit,
plus cost of Travel Protection Plan (if purchased) due at the time of booking. Balance
due 44 days prior to arrival.
- *30-44 days prior to vacation commencement date: - Full payment due within
24 hours (restrictions apply).
- *3-29 days prior to vacation commencement date: - Full payment at time of
reservation.
Cost of published airfare must be paid at the time of booking.

- *45 days or more prior to vacation commencement date: - $50 per person, plus
fees imposed by hotel, airline and/or other suppliers
- *4-44 days prior to vacation commencement date: - $100 per person, plus fees
imposed by hotel, airline and/or other suppliers
- *0-3 days prior to vacation commencement date: - No Refund, 100% Penalty
If airline tickets are included in your package, you will be charged the above fees plus
any cancellation fees imposed by the airline. Note: Published air tickets are 100% non-refundable.
Travel protection insurance is non-refundable. Theme park tickets are non-refundable.
No refunds for unused tickets or features will be issued. Refunds through the paying agent
only. Travel documents must be returned prior to refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing refunds.

Applicable Law and Responsibility

It is agreed by and between you, Universal Parks and Resorts VacationsSM and Vagabond Cruise &
Travel, that all claims, disputes and matters whatsoever arising under or in connection with
these policies and procedures shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida (Universal Parks
and Resorts VacationsSM - without regard to conflict of laws) and the State of California (Vagabond
Cruise & Travel) and shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in the
State of Florida, USA, or California, USA, to the exclusion of the courts of any other state
or country. Universal Parks and Resorts VacationsSM and Vagabond Cruise & Travel are not responsible
for any error or omission. Universal Parks and Resorts VacationsSM is an independant wholesaler,
and the services described are provided by independant contractors. Universal Parks and Resorts VacationsSM
and Vagabond Cruise & Travel shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss,
injury (including personal injury), or any damage caused or arising in connection with
customer's travel or other services or products provided through Universal Parks and Resorts VacationsSM
and/or Vagabond Cruise & Travel, including but not limited to, any transportation, accommodations,
attractions, meals, or other services or any acts of God, weather, strikes, acts of Government or
other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, hijacks, thefts, or any other circumstances beyond
the control of Universal Parks and Resorts VacationsSM and/or Vagabond Cruise & Travel. The terms
and conditions of the transportation providers (including all applicable tariffs) shall apply
to all transportation services.
