	All room types feature two queen beds with a rollaway bed* or one king bed with a pullout double sofa bed. Rooms with two queens can accommodate up to five guests* and those with a king bed accommodate 3 guests. Amenities include an iron with ironing board, bathrobes, coffeemaker with premium coffee, in room safe, umbrella folding chair, 2 line telephone with dataport, hair dryer, in-room movies (additional fee), in-room video games (additional fee), refreshment pantry (usage fees apply). *Rollaway beds are offered for an additional charge of $25 per night + tax.. Garden View Rooms: The standards for a standard room have just been raised. Equipped with either a king bed or two queen beds, basic rooms are capable of sleeping up to five - perfect for those rare moments when you're not wide awake with excitement (approximate room size is 462 square feet). Bay View Rooms: Immerse yourself in the surrounding European charm simply by looking out your window. Your room overlooks the piazza and Portofino's scenic harbor full of small, colorful fishing boats (approximate room size is 462 square feet). Deluxe Rooms: A step above the Garden View and Bay View Rooms, these elegantly appointed accommodations feature a slightly larger living space, plus a separate tub and shower in a stylish and roomy bathroom. You'll have a view of the serene Villa Pool and the surrounding gardens and bocce ball court, or the dramatic Roman-styled aqueduct Beach Pool with Universal Orlando® as the backdrop (approximate room size is 490 square feet). Kid's Suites: With a standard king bedroom for the adults plus a separate room for the kids, these suites are geared toward family members who each want a space to call their own. These suites are decorated to appeal to a youthful audience and include fun, kid-oriented amenities (approximate room size is 675 square feet). Kids rooms include two child-sized beds, a small table and chair set, beanbag chair, separate closet, small bathrobes, television, VCR, CD player and play area. Suites: Bask in glorious comfort and spacious accommodations in one of three different style suites. Each suite consists of a parlor connected to a standard bedroom, with either 2 queen beds or a king bed. All suites have 2 full bathrooms, 2 large screen TVs and pullout double sofa. Portofino Suites - Cozy and comfortable with plenty of space to relax after a day at the parks. A one-bedroom Portofino Suite is approximately 930 square feet. Villa Suites - Connecting to a deluxe room and with a larger living area than the Portofino Parlor, this suite also includes a casual seating area, dining area and kitchenette. A one-bedroom Villa Suite is approximately 1,360 square feet. Hospitality Suites - Ideal for casual social or business gatherings, the Hospitality Parlor includes a large dining table, kitchenette and expansive living space. A one-bedroom Hospitality Suite is approximately 1,875 square feet. Governatore and Presidente Suite: Extravagant and magnificent describe these grand signature suites. With immense bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a separate study area, dining and conference area, and entertainment space, you'll live like royalty. These suites feature an expansive outdoor terrace, big screen TV with remote, wet bar with refrigerator, whirlpool tub and mini kitchen equipped with a service pantry. 	Delfino Riviera®: The hotel's most elegant restaurant features traditional cuisine from the Ligurian region of Italy, expertly prepared using only the freshest ingredients. Overlooking the picturesque Portofino Bay, exquisite décor and strolling musicians enhance the intimate, romantic atmosphere. Named "Orlando's most romantic restaurant" by restaurant critic Scott Joseph of the Orlando Sentinel (Nov. 1999). Reservations are recommended. Trattoria del Porto®: The colorful festivals celebrated in the Italian countryside area the backdrop for Trattoria del Porto. Families will enjoy the boisterous, friendly service, diverse regional offerings, delicious antipasti, and tempting desserts. Mama Della's Ristorante: Come dine in "Mama's" house where each room has a warmth and personality all its own. Guests are greeted and entertained by Mama herself, who meticulously oversees all aspects of service to ensure complete satisfaction. This family-style Italian restaurant serves old-world favorites like pastas, pizzas, cannolis and more in abundant quantities. Manga! Gelateria - Caffe Espresso: There's nothing quite like an Italian bakery for satisfying your sweet tooth. Tempting biscotti, homemade gelato, and luscious pastries are a few of the items offered. Sip a cappuccino or espresso from the coffee bar or grab an ice cream and relax on the outdoor patio. Service is primarily counter and self-service. Sal's Market Deli: A sensational assortment of Italian meats, cheeses, antipasto and salads are just part of what Sal's has to offer. Fresh baked pizzas, snacks and fresh fruit are available all day long. Splendido Pizzeria: What would Portofino be without an authentic pizzeria, complete with wood-burning brick ovens! Located poolside, Splendido Pizzeria serves everything from burgers to salads to an array of light specialties, including your favorite beverages. 	Camp Portofinosm offers supervised children’s activities and a gameroom. In-room babysitting is also available.
	The Portofino Bay Hotel, A Loews Hotel, features the Beach Pool, with a Roman aqueduct-style theme and slide, as well as the Villa Pool, which has private access for Villa Room and Suite guests. Bocce ball with exclusive private access for Villa Room and Suite guests is also offered. A world class spa and fitness center, as well as jogging and walking paths, can be found on property.
	Portofino Bay Hotel guests may arrange for tee times through the Concierge. Special rates and reserved tee times for resort guests have been arranged at the exclusive, new 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature course at Keene's Pointe, located approximately 20 minutes from the resort. Tournament play is also available.
	There are numerous unique shops located nearby at Universal's Islands of Adventure® Theme Park and Universal Studios®. If shopping on a larger scale is desired, just hop aboard the water taxi and head to Universal CityWalk® where you'll find even more stores!
