Put your mind at ease by including Disney's Vacation Protection Plan in your Walt Disney World®
package. The plan provides you and your family with coverage for unexpected vacation cancellations,
travel and baggage delays, medical expenses, and more. Children ages 17 and under are included
in the policy when all adults purchase the plan. Insurance is non-refundable once your deposit
has been paid.

Coverage Includes:
- Trip Cancellation And Interruption - Protects deposits or payments if
you need to unexpectedly cancel or interrupt your vacation for a covered reason. Plan
also includes coverage for nonrefundable pre-paid airfare purchased through the Walt Disney
Travel Company, IneedaVacation.com™, or on your own.
- Travel Delay - Covers additional travel expenses, including hotel, if
you're delayed and miss a portion of your vacation ($200 maximum per day).
- Baggage Delay/Loss - Covers expenses for essential items when you luggage
is delayed (up to $500), lost, stolen, or damaged (up to $2,000).
- Medical Coverage - Covers emergency medical expenses (up to $10,000) while vacationing
and also emergency medical transportation (up to $20,000) if you or your family member needs to be
transported to a medical facility.
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment -

- Livetravel - 24 Hour Customer Service - A direct customer service hotline
that will arrange last-minute, emergency, and after-hours travel changes, rebooking of
flights, hotel reservations, tracking lost luggage, and more.
Insurance coverage must be purchased no later than your final payment date or with payment
of non-refundable air tickets. Pre-existing medical condition exclusion is waived when insurance
is purchased no later than final trip payment. Insurance is non-refundable once deposit has
been received. You will receive a Certificate of Insurance with your final documents which
describes your benefits and exclusions in detail.
**Children ages 17 and under are covered when all adults on a booking purchase the
insurance. Per Florida law, please note that insurance coverage for loss of personal effects
may be included in some homeowners' policies. Insurance is non-refundable.
