All Villas have a queen-size bed, a double-size sleeper sofa, a mini-kitchen, table and chairs, a ceiling fan, vanity area with sink, bathroom, and a private balcony or patio. All rooms are non-smoking. Amenities include makeup mirror, in-room wall safe, voicemail, high-speed Internet access (additional fee), hairdryer, iron, ironing board, Pack 'n Play® playard, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, vacuum and coffee maker. These three-bedroom and three-bath grand villas can accommodate up to twelve guests, plus one infant under the age of three (in a crib) and feature a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave oven, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, blender, dishwasher, plates, flatware, glasses, sink, tea kettle, coffee maker), washer/dryer, charcoal grill, ceiling fans, in-room wall safe, iron with ironing board, TV in each room and a DVD in the living room. The master suite features a king-size bed, whirlpool tub and hairdryer. There are two bedrooms on the second level, both with two queen-size beds and each with a private bath (w/ hair dryer). There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and a private porch or balcony. There are several restaurants and lounges located nearby on the BoardWalk. The Big River Grille & Brewing Works is a full-service restaurant serving lunch and dinner items such as sandwiches, steaks, seafood, chicken, and fresh brewed specialty ales. Kouzzina by Cat Cora offers breakfast and dinner with time-honored Mediterranean family recipes and personal favorites.
Flying Fish Cafe specializes in American cooking redefined,
with seafood, beef, poultry, vegetarian, and more. Spoodles offers full-service breakfast and dinner with a Mediterranean flair. The ESPN Club® also serves lunch and dinner with favorites such as chili, burgers, sandwiches, salads and deserts. Eat, enjoy, and watch your favorite sporting events! Seashore Sweets is where you'll find ice cream, frozen yogurt, chocolates, candy and other tantalizing tastes. You'll also find a poolside snack bar at the resort, and room service dining options.

Transporation
Guests of the BoardWalk Villas can take advantage of complimentary transportation
to all of the Disney Theme Parks via motorcoach. Direct ferryboat service to Epcot®, Disney's Hollywood Studios® and selected Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels is also offered. Complimentary transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport is available via Disney's Magical Express Service.
