Studio:
Rooms can accommodate
up to four guests, plus one infant under the age of three (in a crib) and feature two queen-size
beds, a kitchenette (microwave oven, mini-refrigerator, wet bar, and coffee maker), flat-panel TV and DVD
player, in-room wall safe, ceiling fan, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, dial-up internet port,
and private balcony or porch. The following items are available on a request basis only (subject to availability):

One-Bedroom Villa:
Value Rooms sleep up to four, plus one infant under the age of
three (in a crib), all others sleep up to five, plus one infant under the age of three (in a crib).
The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed and master bath with whirlpool tub (additional bathroom in
living area of one-bedrooms in Kidani Village only), queen-size sofa bed in living room,
sleeper chair in living room (except in value accommodations), flat-panel TV and DVD player
in the living room, and flat-panel TV in master bedroom. The full kitchen includes a coffee
maker, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, stove, refrigerator,
and dishwasher. The laundry area contains a stacked washer and dryer, and each villa has a
private balcony. The following items are available on a request basis only (subject to availability):

beds and a flat-panel TV. A queen-size sleeper sofa and sleeper chair can be found in the living room with a flat-panel
TV and DVD player. The full kitchen includes a coffee maker, dinnerware, glassware, flatware,
pots and pans, microwave, toaster, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The laundry area contains
a stacked washer and dryer, and each villa has a private balcony. The following items are

Two-Bedroom Lockoff Vacation Home:
Defined as a studio plus one-bedroom villa,
value rooms sleep up to eight guests, plus one infant under the age of three (in a crib). All
other rooms accommodate up to nine guests plus one infant under the age of three (in a crib).
The Master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, flat-panel TV, and master bath with whirlpool
tub. There is one additional bathroom (vacation homes located in Kidani Village will have a third
bathroom) and a second bedroom with one queen-size bed, a flat-panel TV, and a full-size sleeper sofa.
A queen-size sleeper sofa can be found in the living room with a sleeper chair (except in value
accommodations). The full kitchen includesa coffee maker, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, pots

Grand Villa:
Villa sleeps up to 12 guests, plus one infant under the age of three
(in a crib). Grand Villa vacation homes located in Jambo House will be one-level while Grand Villas
located in Kidani Village will be two-level. The Master bedroom suite features a king-size bed,
flat-panel TV, and master bath with whirlpool tub. There are three additional bathrooms and two
additional bedrooms, each with two queen-size beds and a flat-panel TV. A queen-size sleeper
sofa, flat-panel TV, and a DVD player, can be found in the living room. Vacation homes located
in Kidani Village have an additional sitting area upstairs with a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is
also a dining room with table and chairs, and a full kitchen featuring a coffee maker, dinnerware,
glassware, flatware, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
The laundry area contains a stacked washer and dryer, and each villa has a private balcony.
Grand villas are approximately 2,201-2,349 square feet in size. ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING.

Jiko - The Cooking Place is a specialty
restaurant (dinner only) featuring authentic African wine and cuisine as well as an
interactive kitchen. Boma - Flavors of Africa, a family restaurant, offers
multi-cultural dining with a breakfast and dinner buffet. The Mara is a quick-service restaurant and
Victoria Falls Lounge serves African coffees and teas during the day, and beverages
at night. Uzima Springs offers poolside cocktails and beverages.

The resort is home to Simba's Cubhouse,
a supervised children's activity center featuring games, arts and crafts, and videos. The program
is available from 4:30 pm to 12:00 am (additional fee applies). Individual childcare services are also available (additional fee
applies, advance reservations required). There is also an arcade, children's pool, and children's playground located
on-site.
