A Year of a Million Dreams!
From an overnight stay in the Mickey Mouse Penthouse at the Disneyland® Hotel, to a "Golden FASTPASS," dreams big and
small will come true at the Disneyland® Resort during "The Year of a Million Dreams"... a first-of-its-kind
celebration of the individual dreams of Disney Park Guests.
The unique celebration, features the debut of an incredible line-up of new
attractions and entertainment, plus new technologies that allow you to customize your Disney Park experience.
And, for the first time, during The Year of a Million Dreams, Disney Cast Members will
award one million dreams, both large and small, including many "money-can't-buy" experiences,
to Guests selected at random through a unique "Disney Dreams Giveaway" promotion.
And for a lucky guest at the Disneyland® Resort, each night, the all-new Mickey Mouse Penthouse
at the Disneyland® Hotel will pour on the Mickey charm and include magical views overlooking
both Disneyland® Park and Disney's California Adventure® Park. The extraordinary penthouse
will be decorated in all things Mickey, with finishing touches by none other than Minnie Mouse
herself.
In addition, during the year-long celebration, other Disney dreams both large and small will
be awarded in the "Disney Dreams Giveaway" promotion, such as:
- Traveling to each Disney resort around the world to serve as grand marshal in a
Disney parade
- A variety of unique Disney vacation experiences
- Admission to special parties and other extraordinary experiences in the Disneyland® and

Throughout The Year of a Million Dreams celebration, the Disneyland® Resort has introduced major new attractions

Beware! Pirates have overtaken Tom Sawyer Island! Sail across the
Rivers of America and embark on thrilling new adventures with a boisterous crew of pirates.
Explore spooky pirate hideouts, learn vital pirate skills and hunt for hidden treasure... but look
out for ghost pirates and ancient curses!
- Venture into the dark and mysterious caverns of Dead Man's Grotto.

Board a whimsical yellow submarine and dive to new depths of excitement as Nemo and his friends
from the Disney-Pixar film "Finding Nemo" make a splash at Disneyland® Park. As part of
the Year of a Million Dreams celebration, the submarines are once again submerging in the
sparkling waters of the Tomorrowland Lagoon. It's a "must sea" attraction!
- Venture on an aquatic quest with Marlin and Dory to find Nemo.
- Discover colorful reefs, ancient ruins, exotic fish, massive whales and an erupting underwater volcano!

School's Out!
Enroll in a whole new class of summer fun as the smash hit Disney Channel Original Movie,
"High School Musical 2," comes to life with a dazzling new live showcase of singing, dancing and
highly contagious "Wildcat Fever!"

Buzz Lightyear Astroblasters!
The all new attraction Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters located in Tommorrowland at Disneyland®
park is now open to the public. The attraction is an interactive experience in which guests pilot
their own Space Cruisers and twist, turn and fire personal laser cannons in order to hit targets
and gain points that will protect the peace of outer space from the forces of the evil Emperor
Zurg! Total scores will appear in the Space Cruiser at the conclusion of each adventure.
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™!
Get ready for a real scream at Disney's California Adventure™ park.
Step into an elevator that transports you to the top of the tower where you 'll be dropped
13 stories... over, and over, and over again.
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ is a California version of the chilling
supernatural adventure which has proven to be wildly popular at Walt Disney World's Disney-MGM
Studios. The new attraction is located in the Hollywood
Pictures Backlot section of Disney's California Adventure™ park.
Disney's Electrical Parade
An all-time Disneyland® favorite and a California original is still showing! The dazzling and
colorful "Disney's Electrical Parade" can now be seen at Disney's
California Adventure™ park on select nights.
After departing from Disneyland® park, never to return, Disney received endless requests
asking that the popular attraction be returned to California. As a result, one of the most

Are you tired of waiting in line to ride your favorite Disneyland® park attractions?
Well wait no more! Disney's FASTPASS®...
is the complimentary time-saving alternative to long lines!
Simply insert your park admission pass into one of the FASTPASS dispensing
stations located at participating attractions and you'll receive a scheduled time to ride
that attraction. When your time rolls around, come back and you'll be on board within 5 to 10 minutes!
