Standard View Room: All rooms sleep up to 4 and have 2 queen-size beds or one king-size bed and one queen-size sleeper sofa, one bathroom and a private porch or balcony. Standard View rooms offer a view of the conference center, parking lot or parking garage from the room or balcony.

Island Gardens View Room: All rooms sleep up to 4 and have 2 queen-size beds or one king-size bed and one queen-size sleeper sofa, one bathroom and a private porch or balcony. Island Gardens View rooms offer at least a partial view of the mountains, spa or landscaping from the room or balcony.

Poolside Gardens View Room: All rooms sleep up to 4 and have 2 queen-size beds or one king-size bed and one queen-size sleeper sofa, one bathroom and a private porch or balcony. Poolside Gardens View rooms offer at least a partial view of the pool, courtyards, water features or landscaping from the room or balcony.

Partial Ocean View Room: All rooms sleep up to 4 and have 2 queen-size beds or one king-size bed and one queen-size sleeper sofa, one bathroom and a private porch or balcony. Partial Ocean View rooms offer only a partial view of the ocean.

Ocean View Room: All rooms sleep up to 4 and have 2 queen-size beds or one king-size bed and one queen-size sleeper sofa, one bathroom and a private porch or balcony. Ocean View rooms offer at least a partial view of the ocean from the room or balcony.

Parlor Suite - Partial Ocean View Room: Parlor Suites sleep 2, with additional sleeping options for 2 more adults and one child. They have one king-size bed in the bedroom, one queen-size sleeper sofa and one Pullman twin-size bed in the parlor room, one full and one half bathroom and a private porch or balcony. Partial Ocean View rooms offer only a partial view of the ocean.

Lei Hulu Suite: The Lei Hulu Suite is a one-bedroom suite that sleeps 2, with additional sleeping options for 2 more adults and one child. It has one king-size bed in the bedroom, one queen-size sleeper sofa and one sleeper chair in the parlor room, 2 bathrooms and a private porch or balcony. This suite offers 1,528 square feet of space and at least a partial view of the ocean from the room or balcony.

'Ahu ' Ula Suite: The 'Ahu ' Ula Suite is a 2-bedroom suite that sleeps 4, with additional sleeping options for 2 more adults. It has one king-size bed in the master bedroom, one queen-size bed and one queen-size sleeper sofa in the second bedroom, 3 bathrooms (one with a roll-in shower) and a private porch or balcony. This suite offers 1,910 square feet of space and at least a partial view of the ocean from the room or balcony.
