The 2 bedroom (villa) suite was gorgeous and the master bedroom faced the massive pools and large landscaped ponds with cascading waterfalls, etc... If you ever get a chance to go, book yourself into the Sheraton Vistana Village. This resort is definitely at the top of our list. We also had a great time at Sea World as well as Universal. I am back and had such a nice time! The Caribbean Beach resort is so lovely with all of its tropical plants and we were in a great location - on the lake at the bridge that one crosses to get to the Old Port Royale stores and food court.

The parks were fun and we would ride the Disney transportation buses to the hotel in the afternoon so that Hunter could take his nap. It was HOT!

The cruise was fabulous! I especially enjoyed the verandah as you figured that I would. The boat sailed so smoothly that we hardly realized it was moving. The room and service were impeccable and I especially enjoyed changing the restaurants each night. I hope to take another cruise in a few years.

I am writing to thank you for the arrangements you made for me and my family. The cabins in fort wilderness were excellent. We were all very comfortable. New Years Eve was the best we have ever spent, it was spectacular. Transportation was available at our front doors to everything at all hours starting at 6 am. Amazingly enough after new years eve the park was fairly empty for the next few days and we walked on to most rides, sometimes 3, 4 times. An amusing atedote to it all was the cards you sent us (yellow and white) I thought were our passes to DISNEY and I mailed them to my son registered mail, insured. My son arrived before us and when he went to the park he presented the cards for entry and that is when he found out they were luggage tags. Embarasssssssed, thankfully he had checked in and found that the key card to the cabin was his pass to everything. We had a good laugh over it.

The millenium gift we received was quite beautiful. It was a beautifully shaped box of what may have been mahogany with inlay around the side, on top, a piece of hardened blue steel with the symbol of epcot, mickeys hand and wand and the year 2000 in 24 k gold. A crystal on the inside has mickey on top of the world in 3-D cut inside the crystal by lazer. It was made in Spain by artisans. Beautiful. I got 2.

Again thank you for all you did, I feel very fortunate that I was able to do this on the short notice I gave.

You were absolutely correct! Although the Swan and Dolphin are nice, the Yacht Club was top notch. The hotel service was great, and we had no problem with our stay. It was amazing, my husband overheard a conversation during our stay from a man who was dissatisfied with his reservation, it seemed that he had booked a millenium package in 1995, and when he and his family arrived they had no room available and the hotel had to arrrange for them to stay in 3 different Disney resorts for their 7 day stay.

So, I tell you that to say, you all did a fantastic job!

The New Year's Eve celebration at Epcot was like nothing I will ever see again in my life. My son was mesmerized by the whole experience.

Just wanted to let you know that everything went smoothly after we talked. The shuttle was expecting us, we jumped on, and made it in plenty of time to meet our daughter.

Taylor, of course, LOVED Disneyland! We went on all of the rides (the faster the better in her opinion). She also loved the characters and little kid rides.

We ended up not using our Bonus Feature, but instead drove to Hunington Beach for the day. The weather was gorgeous and it was a fabulous day for all.

One last thing. I never got around to thanking you guys and that one perfect person who got me there last year over 4th of July. Last year I went to Disneyland to propose to my Fiancee, over the 4th of July Holiday. Everything that could go wrong before the trip did. The Disney All-Star Music Resort was better than I expected considering its budget price. They have this neat feature of selling refillable souvenir mugs that were a hit with our kids. I also recommend the length of stay passes for any of your customers for the freedom of going to any of the parks at any time, including the water parks. A surprise bonus included in the package was that we got to see the Animal Kingdom sneak preview without the crowds and long lines.

"We all had a fabulous time at Disneyland. When we arrived in Vancouver we found we could get a connection on the same day to L.A. so we arrived a day early. Luckily the Candy Cane had a spare room so we started the fun a little early.

Next we flew from L.A. to Vegas, hired a van type vehicle and drove to Williams. Next day, very cold, we drove out to the meteor crater and petrified forest, stopped at Flagstaff for dinner and drove back to Williams in the first snow storm for the season. (We were not prepared for that one!!) Next the Grand Canyon and then back to Vegas. Vegas was great fun for the kids but we decided to leave on the Saturday as things were a turning 'little' crazy. From Vegas we drove to Pismo Beach, stopping at the open day at Edwards Air Force Base. From Pismo we went to Monterey. (we liked Pismo better!) Then onto San Francisco. The Wharf area is nice but a real tourist trap - very expensive with kids. Then we came home via an overnight in Vancouver.

We are a bit weary from the jet lag but we had a very exciting time.

"Just wanted to write and thank you for the assistance in making our vacation great. The Residence Inn Orange worked out great, though I would warn anyone planning to eat their breakfast or Dinner, at the hotel, get there right at opening time. We tried once and didn't bother again, just no room in their lobby to eat.

We did Disney Sunday, Fathers day and It was great, very few people there, we did Indian Jones, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of Caribbean and Splash Mountain all in an hour and a half. Went back all day Monday, let the kids go Tuesday while my wife and I visited some of the custom boat manufactures in LA, met the kids back at Disney in the evening. For me the highlight of Disney was Fantasmic, we didn't even see Light Magic. Did Universal Wednesday, New Port Beach Thursday, great restaurant, Rocking Baja Lobster by New Port Pier. Then we checked out Friday and ordered our brand new 27 ft Warlock boat to be built. What a vacation.

Just to top off the week, we spent the weekend at Lake Havasu using our old boat for the last time. I had to come back to work and rest!
